01 — Context

The business challenge

A marketing site rebuild is a high-stakes project for a very unglamorous reason: if search rankings or page speed regress during the migration, the business feels it in lost traffic and leads almost immediately. The team needed a modern, faster frontend, but not at the cost of the SEO equity and accessibility standards the existing site had already earned.

02 — Engineering

The approach & technical solution

Pages were rebuilt from design specifications with responsive layouts that worked cleanly from mobile through desktop, and every image and asset was audited and optimized for size and format rather than migrated as-is. Core Web Vitals — the load speed, interactivity, and visual-stability metrics that both search engines and users care about — were treated as a first-class requirement rather than an afterthought, which meant catching and resolving hydration and rendering issues that can otherwise cause visible layout shifts or delayed interactivity right after a framework migration. Marketing components were built to be reusable across pages, so the marketing team could assemble new pages afterward without needing a developer for every content update.

03 — Delivery

Key technical contributions

  1. Implemented fully responsive layouts across the site's page templates.

  2. Audited and optimized images and static assets for size and format.

  3. Improved Core Web Vitals scores across key landing pages.

  4. Resolved hydration and rendering issues introduced by the framework migration.

  5. Built reusable marketing components for faster future page assembly.

04 — Result

Business outcome

The migrated site launched faster and more SEO-friendly than the version it replaced, with the underlying component library set up so future content updates would not require a full development cycle.
