Developed a web-based admin panel to efficiently manage and monitor a truck fleet in real time. The system enables vehicle tracking, driver management, trip scheduling, and fuel/maintenance records. Implemented dashboards with analytics to track fleet performance, costs, and operational efficiency. Focused on a clean, responsive UI for seamless use across desktop and tablet devices. Improved fleet visibility and decision-making through centralized data management.
Problem
Fleet operators needed centralized visibility into vehicles, drivers, trips, and maintenance records instead of scattered spreadsheets and manual tracking.
